Rigid Core & Luxury Click Vinyl Flooring

All our Click Vinyl Planks come in cardboard packaging. Under 4 packs we protect the goods with edge guards. Above 4 packs we deliver the boxes on pallets which are securely wrapped and strapped.

We provide Same Day Dispatch and Free UK Mainland Economy Delivery.

Some remote areas do carry £20.00 surcharge. These areas are:

Aberdeen (AB), Dundee (DD), Inverness (IV), Wick (KW), Paisley (PA) and Perth (PH).

Please note we do not deliver to Islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Click Vinyl Flooring Underlayment

Our Click Vinyl Underlayment comes in shrink wrap packaging and they are delivered by Hermes (tracked service) We provide Same Day Dispatch and Free UK Mainland Economy Delivery.

Please note we do not deliver to Islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland.

 

Additional things to consider:

Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Deliveries can be made by our delivery partners anytime up to 18:00 hours. In the unlikely event of an unforeseen event holding up our delivery to you, we would recommend leaving a minimum of 1-2 days gap between us delivering your order and you booking your fitter to install your goods.

We will deliver the Products to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.

We ask our customers to ensure someone is in to accept the goods.

We would like to point out that our pallet deliveries are made by just the driver.  The driver can only deliver your goods “kerbside”. We respectfully advise it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure someone is there to unload their ordered goods.

Please be precise about where you would like our Products left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Products once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instruction.

Alternatively, you may contact the courier directly if you would like to re-arrange the delivery.

Most of our couriers will make more than one attempt to deliver your parcel. If they find that they can’t successfully delivery your parcel, it will be returned to us. Any failed deliveries will attract a failed delivery charge before the goods are re-dispatched.

All deliveries should be fully inspected for any delivery damages before signing for their receipt. Any claims for damaged goods in transit can only be considered if they have been signed for as such.
